Aleen is the co-founder and a principal at the Mayelian Apartment Group. She specializes in the sale and exchange of multifamily commercial real estate in all areas of Los Angeles, with particular focus on Mid City, Hollywood, and the San Fernando Valley. She also guides and represents investors through the process of acquiring multifamily buildings. Aleen is also a licensed attorney. Before her career in real estate, Aleen received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science. She then graduated from USC Gould School of Law and subsequently practiced in litigation at the Los Angeles office of a national law firm. As a former practicing attorney, Aleen is well-versed in real estate contracts, tough negotiations, and client advocacy. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her real estate sales practice, as she is successfully capable of combining her legal acumen and experience to a broad range of real estate transactional issues.
Phil began his career in marketing and sales with a large title insurance company in 1982, transitioning to a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Focus in 1998. Phil has been with the company from the very beginning, speaking to more investors about 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges than probably anyone in the country. Phil is featured at more than 150 educational seminars per year, hosted by financial planning organizations, escrow associations, CPA/EA tax groups, bar associations, and real estate companies in the greater Los Angeles area and north-ward up through San Luis Obispo County. Industry-related professionals and real estate investors from New York to Seattle to Southern California call him to learn about the rules of code section 1031 and how to defer capital gain taxes. Phil enjoys and thrives on assisting and educating people about the 1031 Exchange. He speaks regularly at Board of Realtor continuing education functions, and has long served in various Board of Director capacities.

Gabriel is a native of California growing up in Northridge, CA. He graduated from UCLA and pursued his dream of playing football in the NFL. Gabriel is a graduate of UCLA, and earned his MBA from the University of Pepperdine’s, Graziadio School of Business and Management. He graduated at the top of his class, was selected into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic achievements, and was the graduation commencement speaker.
